Find What You Need with Better Search
The biggest change in Elephas v11.2 is the new search system.
The search results are now twice as good as before. This means you can find your files, notes, and information much faster.
New Search Algorithm
The new search works with a hybrid algorithm. Basically, when you search for something, it understands what you really want to find and finds it much quicker.
You get better search results when you create a new Super Brain. The old Super Brains still work, but the new ones give you the best search experience.
Connect Your Apple Notes
You can now link your Apple Notes to Elephas.
Once you connect them, all your notes stay updated without you doing anything. The connection happens in the background while you work on other things.
This means your Apple Notes and Elephas work together.
Apple Notes Sync Seamlessly
You do not need to copy and paste notes between different apps. Everything stays in sync automatically.
To set this up, you can go to the integration tab on your preferred super brain, and there you can toggle the Apple Notes integration and select the notes you want to integrate with Superbrain.
Make Your Zoom Meetings Searchable
Zoom meetings create lots of recordings. Now you can connect your Zoom recordings to Elephas and search through them. This helps you find important parts of meetings without watching the whole recording again.
When you connect Zoom to Elephas, all your meeting recordings become searchable. You can look for specific topics, decisions, or tasks that people talked about in meetings or, even better, chat with the Zoom transcriptions.
This saves time when you need to remember what someone said or find action items from past meetings. Instead of watching hours of recordings, you can search and find what you need in seconds.

Agent Mode Helps You Work Automatically(Beta)
Elephas v11.2x includes Agent Mode, which is still being tested. This feature looks at what you want to do and tries to complete the task for you automatically.
Agent Mode decides what steps are needed and runs them without you having to do each step manually. You can turn this on in Settings and then General.
This feature will get better over time as the team keeps working on it. Right now it is in beta, which means it is still being improved.
Capture Notes Faster
Super Command got better in this update.
You can now add files, web pages, and YouTube videos to your Super Brain more easily. This makes building your knowledge base faster.
Before, you had to manually search for the file and drop it into the Superbrain, adding friction to your workflow. Now you can add everything by just selecting the file you want to add to Superbrain and invoke Super Command. Then, you can easily add it to the Super Brain without switching between apps. This saves time and makes organizing your information easier.
Whether you want to add a document, save a website, or include a YouTube video, you can do it all through super command now.
Better Help for New Users
New users get better help with updated demo videos. These videos show you how to use Elephas step by step.
They make it easier to understand all the features and start using them right away.
The videos cover the main features and show you how to set everything up. This helps new users get started without confusion. Also, these videos are easily accessible in the right corner above Superbrain; you can find access to our demo videos.
New AI Model Support
Elephas now works with OpenAI's 4.1-mini model. This is one of the newer AI models that gives you better responses and performance.
Having access to newer models means you get better results when you ask questions or need help with tasks.
Super Chat Rendering
The chat feature now shows information in a cleaner way. Tables look better and text formatting works properly. This makes reading your conversations easier.
When Elephas gives you information with tables or lists, everything looks organized and clear. This helps you understand the information better.
Higher Token Limits
All Elephas plans now include more tokens. Tokens are what the AI uses to process your requests. More tokens mean you can have longer conversations and complete bigger tasks.
On average, token limits are now twice as high as before.
