Credits power the built-in Elephas AI engine. Each plan refreshes monthly:
- Free: 20 credits
- Standard: 100 credits

Credits are spent on chat through the Elephas engine. Different models cost different amounts per token. Automated indexing (the default mode for new Super Brains) does not consume credits. Older Super Brains using the legacy embedding flow will still consume credits during indexing.
If you need more, you can buy a top-up or use your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or local model API keys for unlimited usage.
