Introduction

At Elephas, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our products and services.

What information do we collect?

We may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you voluntarily provide it to us.

Elephas does not send the actual text content to our servers; rather, it is sent directly to OpenAI servers. Since Elephas uses your OpenAI keys, we won't be able to access any of the actual text or the history of actual content generations, outside of your system.

Elephas uses the Gumroad service to manage your subscription. We rely on Gumroad to save your credit card information and charge you on a monthly or yearly basis.

The only information communicated to our server is the license key for validating your subscription status; we do not associate this with any of your application-specific activities other than debugging any issues with the subscription status.

Elephas maintains non-identifiable analytics to improve our service; in future versions, you will have the option to opt out of it.

Information automatically collected

When you access the Site, we, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and activity on our Site. The information that may be collected automatically includes your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple ID for Advertising), browser type, screen resolution, IP address, the website you visited before browsing to our Site, general location information such as city, state or geographic area; and information about your use of and actions on our Sites, such as pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, navigation paths between pages, information about your activity on a page, access times, and length of access.
