Elephas Next is a new app for asking questions across your documents, on Mac and Windows, with cited answers. Classic Elephas is the original Mac and iOS app, built around Super Command for writing across your Mac and Super Brains. They are separate products with separate accounts, plans and data.

Which one is right for you?

Choose Elephas Next if

Your work lives in documents: contracts, filings, reports, research or meeting notes. You want answers grounded in your sources with citations, you use Windows, or you need a team to share the same files.

Keep classic Elephas if

You rely on Super Command to write and rewrite across your Mac apps, or you need your knowledge on iPhone and iPad.
You can use both. They are separate apps with separate data, and installing Elephas Next does not change anything that belongs to classic Elephas.

What does not carry over

Your classic license, Super Brains, settings and chat history do not carry over to Elephas Next. To bring your documents across, add the original files to new Brains. See Moving from classic Elephas.
