Before you start
- The free trial needs no card, so there is nothing to refund for a trial.
- Note the email address on your Elephas account and the date of the payment.
Steps
- Email support@elephas.app from the email address on your Elephas account.
- Include the date and amount of the payment, and your plan.
- Support replies with the outcome.
If you also want to stop future payments, say so in the same email. See cancel your subscription.
How it works
- Your data is never touched by a refund. Your Brains, documents and chats stay on your computer. Elephas never deletes them because of a refund or billing change.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider.
