Apple Notes Integration
Connect Apple Notes to Elephas and search across all your notes alongside your other documents.
Connect Apple Notes
- Open your workspace and click Add Integration
- Select Apple Notes
- macOS will ask for permission to access your Notes. Click Allow
- Select the folders you want to index
- Click Add to start indexing
How it works
Elephas uses macOS automation to read your Apple Notes content. The text from each note is extracted and indexed locally. Attachments (images, scanned documents) within notes are not currently indexed.
Folder structure
Your Apple Notes folder hierarchy is preserved. You can select specific folders to index or select all folders at once.
Refreshing
To index new or updated notes, open the integration settings and click Refresh.
