Notion Integration

Connect Notion to Elephas and index your pages and databases for AI-powered search across your workspace.

Connect Notion

  1. Open your workspace and click Add Integration
  2. Select Notion
  3. Authorize Elephas to access your Notion workspace
  4. Select the pages or databases you want to index
  5. Click Add to start indexing

What gets indexed

  • Page text content (headings, paragraphs, lists, quotes)
  • Database entries (each row is indexed as a separate document)
  • Nested sub-pages within selected pages

Permissions

Elephas uses the Notion API with read-only access. It can read page content but cannot modify your Notion workspace.

Refreshing

To update your index after editing pages in Notion, open the integration settings and click Refresh.
