Create and manage notes directly in the Elephas iOS app. Your notes are stored within your workspace and are searchable alongside your other documents.

Creating a note

1. Open a workspace in the Elephas iOS app
2. Tap the Notes tab
3. Tap + to create a new note
4. Type your content. Notes support basic formatting

How notes work with your knowledge

Notes are indexed automatically. When you ask a question in your workspace, Elephas searches your notes alongside your PDFs, documents, and other files. This makes notes a quick way to add context, meeting summaries, or reminders that the AI can reference when answering your questions.

Organizing notes

• Notes belong to the workspace where they were created
• Use descriptive titles to make notes easier to find
• Delete notes you no longer need to keep your workspace clean
