Using Agents with Your Knowledge

Combine agent workflows with your Super Brain for document-grounded automation: research reports, presentations, and more.

Workflows + your Super Brain

The most powerful use of Elephas Workflows is combining them with your Super Brain. Workflow agents can search your documents, extract information, and use that knowledge in multi-step tasks.

How it works

Each workflow can use Super Brain as a tool. The Super Brain tool supports actions like:

  • Semantic search across your entire brain
  • Searching a filtered subset of files (selected via the filter icon)
  • Reading specific documents in full
  • Combining brain content with other tools (web search, diagrams, etc.)

Example: Summarize selected files

  1. Open Super Chat in a workspace
  2. Click the Filter icon on the left of the chat text editor
  3. Select the files you want to summarize, then click Apply
  4. Type @Summarize in the chat input
  5. Click send. The workflow reads only the selected files and generates a summary

Example: Find files about a topic

  1. Type @Find files in Super Chat
  2. Provide the topic you are looking for
  3. The workflow searches your brain and lists files that match

Example: Web search + brain context

  1. Type @Web search in Super Chat
  2. Ask a question that needs both current information and your brain context
  3. The workflow combines live web results with relevant passages from your documents

Example: Generate a diagram from your documents

  1. Filter the relevant files from your brain
  2. Type @Mind map or @Gantt chart or @Timeline
  3. The workflow reads your files and generates the diagram

Tips for better results

  • Filter files first. Workflows perform better when scoped to specific documents
  • Be specific about what you want the workflow to produce
  • For complex tasks, run multiple workflows in sequence rather than one big request
  • Review each step of the workflow output before relying on the result
