Elephas Enterprise is a contract plan for organizations that need more than the self-serve Team plan, or that run a security review before buying. There is no online checkout for it. You talk to us, and the terms are agreed in a contract.
For organizations evaluating Elephas at scale. Smaller teams can start right away with the Team plan. See Teams overview.

Before you start

It helps to have ready:
  • Roughly how many people will use Elephas, and on Mac, Windows or both.
  • The kinds of documents involved, such as client files, contracts or medical records.
  • How you want AI to run: Elephas AI, Local AI on each computer, or a mix. See Choose how Elephas answers.
  • Your security questionnaire, if your firm uses one.

Steps

1

Contact us

Email support@elephas.app with “Enterprise” in the subject, your organization’s name, and what you need.
2

Send your questionnaire

If you need a security questionnaire or a vendor review completed, attach it or ask for it in the same email.
3

Try it with a Team

Many organizations start with a small Team on the self-serve Team plan to test Elephas on real work while the review runs. See Set up a Team workspace.

How it works

What every plan already includes

These are how Elephas works, on every plan:
  • Indexing happens on each computer. Always. Your files are read and indexed locally, never uploaded for indexing.
  • You control where AI runs. Team Owners set an AI policy that can turn cloud AI off. With Local AI, a model on the computer answers and your question and passages are not sent to any AI provider.
  • Team Brains are end-to-end encrypted. The sync server stores data it cannot read, and new computers need Owner or Admin approval. See Security overview.
  • Personal information protection replaces many common personal details with placeholders before cloud AI. See Personal information protection.
  • A content-free audit log of membership, device, Brain access and policy changes. See Audit log.
For what leaves a computer in each AI mode, see What data is sent to AI.

What is agreed by contract

Larger organizations often ask for single sign-on (SAML), user provisioning (SCIM), custom data retention, data residency or a service-level agreement. None of these is part of the self-serve plans today. Ask us about your requirements, and anything we agree to is written into your contract.
